Food Posining

I know this is kinda late, but still gonna post it.

Last Saturday, I was admitted to the hospital due to severe food poisoning.
Yeah. believe me. You don't wanna go through what I've experienced.

Ok, straight to the point. It was saturday night when my family were fast asleep, my stomach felt a bit of discomfort.
Then it gradually got worst until I hit the loo. It soothed my stomach for awhile.
But the pain didn't just stop there. It was so painful that I screamed. Mum heard the scream and gave me 2 charcoal pills (coz that time there's no other medication in the house).

The charcoal pills made me puke, all the ABC's that I drank earlier was out with the liquid charcoal.
Mum said probably the ABC got problem. My stomach started rumbling, and then twisting, kicking, punching, and I don't know what the hell was going in there. The stomach pain was excruciating and it kept forcing me to vomit though there's nothing left inside. I felt like dying already !

Around 3am, mum and dad sent me to HQE's emergency. Few people were seen waiting there. Took my number and waited around 15 minutes. Then was called to a room. Blood pressure and heartbeat checked.
A male doctor asked a few questions and started to take some notes. Then was asked to go to the Zon Hijau (Zon Tidak Kritikal.)

Every minute felt like an hour waiting for my name to be called. I was sitting right at the entrance of the  treating room. From my seat, a few doctors could be seen walking around, chatting happily.  Waited around half an hour, still no call. Mum went into the room and called the doctor when I told her I couldn't stand it anymore. THEN the doctor took the report card and called my name. Ugh finally!

The female doctor was having hard time finding my veins for the injection needle , thanks to my too-thick skin. Thank God, she got it at the 1st attempt. (Last time it took 4 attempts for the nurse to get into the right vein). Given a few dose of medication. And not long after that, the pain subdued and gradually gone.

I don't know how we call it english, in chinese we call it 掉水. (hang water?)
Yeah. I was given 2 packets of water via injection due to dehydration and fever.
Then I was fast asleep. Mum was waiting beside.

Around 5am+, some noise and chattering beside my bed woke me up. I was told by mum that a 15 year old girl's lower part legs were seriously injured due to car accident. The skin was peeled off, fresh flesh could be seen. A piece of glass had got into one of her leg and need immediate operation. But her parents were out-stationed. Couldn't sign the operation document. According to the nurse, the girl with 2 other boys (one of them is her boyfriend) were racing with another car somewhere at May Flower Penampang. Then this car with the girl inside lost control due to the bongkol and turned upside down TWICE!

They should really thank God that no one died, the other 2 boys only suffered from minor finger injuries.
Not long after that, their friends came and visited them. 1 of them were wearing dress and high heels. Mum said they probably came back from clubbing. I could hear the girl screaming inside another room, she refused to wash her injuries. Then another bunch of friends came and visited them. Surprisingly, one of them is my senior in my primary school. The injured girl is her friend! Ain't this world so small!

After finishing 2 packets of water, doctor said I can go home !
Yay, sudden relieve ran all over me. I was so afraid that I need to stay.
I don't like being hospitalized.

After taking medication at the pharmacy, it's already 5.30am!
Hence we headed straight to Lido to have breakfast.

After going home, we found out that it wasn't the ABC's fault coz my brother drank the whole packet of it and no problem.
Most probably, the orange juice that I kept in refrigerator for 2 days that I drank couldn't mix well with the ABC in my stomach.

Learnt 2 lessons from this experience:
Never simply drink 2 different drinks or eat unclean food.
And never race car!

四年前,背负着全国人民的期望,有一位演奏家到中国为马来西亚完成获第一金牌的梦想;

Winnie and Winnee. =)

Mei Qing.

Design slogan and banner.

Fun Games
